After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

Making some good, slow steady progress on the squat and deadlift. For the most part, things are still feeling great. I feel as if they should be considering how light the work is, but I've had to start somewhere. Even if I can get to maybe 50% by the end of the year and have that feeling good, we can spring board into actually getting some good weights around. If anything, I just like that I'm able to get back and do some kind of training that feels it's got direction again.
