15 Weeks from XPC Finals @ The Arnold Classic

After 5x5 with Wide Stance Good Mornings last week, this week I chose to do Front Squats with the SS Yoke Bar. I hadn't tried these before, and they were tough but I liked them a lot vs doing other front squat variations. They were tough and pitched you forward, but didn't put as much stress on the shoulders. I did triples up to 305 and then singles to 380lbs, and took 400 but got too pitched forward coming up. I'm confident I'll get it next time around. I did tweak my adductor on one of the singles; and I think moving forward whenever I squat raw I need to at the least wrap my leg up to keep some pressure on my adductor, or wear some of my older loose briefs.

D. Single-Leg Leg Press (to work on adductor, via Chris Duffin. Kept knee pushed to the outside and did slowly) - 3x12 per leg

E2. Hanging Leg Raises - 3x10
