After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

I had to get this session in on a Monday, but overall it still went well. I got my butt handed to me by the monster bands, and then used a lot of overload on my close grip work as well. Crazy couple of weeks coming up, but I'll still get my training in.
