After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

Not a bad session at all for a Saturday, and making some good improvements on my bench press. I have this down as a PR for me, but it's really hard for me to tell based upon how much more band tension my new competition bench has versus the set up I used to use on my collegiate rack. This is 20lbs less of bar weight, but the bands have about 6-7 more inches of tension, so I would presume it's pretty close. Either way, this got heavy, quick!
