After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

A max effort session knocking out some cambered bar benching and chains. I managed to hit an all-time PR, which felt great. Next week I'm going to ramp it up a bit more and take a good single. I'm getting ready to start a new training block which I describe it more detail and what my goals are with that as it approaches. Overall a good Saturday though!
