After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

Another max effort session where I had to quickly get through and just crank out the minimum I could. No PR's this week, and that's probably due to stress and having a lot going on business wise and lack of sleep. I've been really trying to find how I can improve my sleep (in total...I have amazing sleep quality). This will probably result in me slightly changing my training schedule, but it's what I'll have to do to try and keep things feeling somewhat normal.
