6 Weeks today I take the platform again, searching for that 1,000 Lb total I am looking to increase my squat by at least 10 lbs, my bench 10 lbs and my deadlift 30 lbs, those goals will surpass a 1,000 Lb total, to date my best lifts are Squat 350, Bench 200, Deadlift 420, giving me a 970 Lb total, that 1,000 Lbs is so close I can taste it !
