Big Camber Bar is always a challenge and when I walked into Westside Burrell that was the bar in the rack. Might as well use it. Been years since I have been under this bar. Felt good, however I'm always afraid that it will slide off my back. It makes me use more control and slow down on any jerky habits I may have.

Warm up: foam roll, stretch hams and hips, leg swings, glute bridges.
