To say this was not a great day lifting, is an understatement. SSB Box squats: bar x 5 135 x 3 225 x 3 315 x 1 405 x 1 455 x 1 495 x 1. Called it there. It felt heavy and slow and took forever to get there. Incline Bench: bar x 5 135 x 3 185 x 3 225 x 1 315 x miss 315 x miss I was in a hurry to leave and rushed through this. Bad Idea and got stapled twice with the weight. Tony got a sweet back pump pulling the weights off me haha. On to the next one!
