Started a three-week wave again, so it was 315 bar weight and working up to 7 chains or so per side. The goal is to move it faster than last week, which I did.

It gets repetitive but its making sense to my body, so I'll keep banging.

Knocked out some tris shoulders and back, and called it a day.
