This will be the last training day for me this training cycle. Today was just about hitting a heavy single in just briefs today. Mission accomplished!

I feel like I have done everything correctly this training cycle. I have trained smart, taken care of my body, stayed on top of my nutrition and supplements and most importantly I didn't miss a lift this entire training cycle.

I'm laying the foundation now for what I want to do later this year. I want to squat a thousand pounds. I want to pull more than six hundred and fifty pounds. I want to bench seven fifty plus. And whatever it takes to get those numbers added together I would like to total between 2,300 and 2,400 pounds. Modest goals for a bench only guy....

I'm still somewhat of a rookie when it comes to full power lifting. My next full power meet will be my fifth and I have big goals for this meet. Goals in my power lifting career have never stopped. I accomplish one then go after another. So far in twenty five years, every goal that I have went set for myself I have attained. I have three more goals to attain before I am done and I will put every ounce of myself into this to achieve them!

Stick around, this old man ain't done and I will show ya that age ain't nothing but a number....
