APF State meet December 15, 2019

Training

So I am sharing this video and experience with you because of my countless adaptations and issues that have accumulated over a long period of time. After working with him and his impressive knowledge base he has gone through a lot of stuff I need to work on during the next training cycle. As most of you may know to change things last minute before a meet is not the best idea so we are going to get through this meet without changing anything drastically. Post meet will be hammering lower abdominals, lower left posterior intra-abdominal pressure, more pelvic control, left adductor stretching, and hamstring, hip flexor stretching.
