  4. power shrugs 225x4x10
  5. cable reverse pull a parts 3x20
  6. DB rear dealt flys 3x20
  7. rope tricep extensions 3x20
Not over doing it, still have a pretty good cold/sinus infection. Last day of antibiotics is tomorrow.

One more day of work then its rest and eat up till the Arnold 2017.
