Cool down

Pecs, shoulders, and biceps tendons felt good. Back was a little stiff, but I'm working on that. I mixed things up with a couple dbl supersets to finish. I'm not sure why, but sometimes work is just work.

I felt good about the speed work. It's time to start ramping it up. I'm 12 weeks out. This speed day starts getting really important. Thanks for checking in.
