Just finished a 3 week wave vs bands, prior to that I did 3 weeks straight bar, straight weight, and I am doing the same 3 week wave over now, hoping to add weight to my week 1- triple, week 2 - double, week 3- single. Last wave my triple was 455 (465 actually), this week my top set was 495 (actually 505).

Felt pretty decent, next week I want to hit 545, and the following week 600+ for another single. Then I will run another 3 week wave vs heavy band tension, and follow that up with the start of my meet prep.
