If you follow my training logs, you know I've recently moved from Cincinnati area back to Northeast Ohio. The past couple months I've pretty much been training by myself, which sucks. I think I'm still pretty strong right not, but it's hard to tell. I've been walking squats out with no spot, and taking benches with no handoff. So, luckily, I had a friend introduce me to an old Westsider, Angelo Berardinelli. He just competed in the WPO meet, so I haven't had a chance to train with him personally yet.

But here was my first training session with the new crew at Titans Gym in Mentor, Oh.

Speed Bench: - Straight bar, straight weight (I felt great and ended up going heavier that I normally would for speed bench) 5-6 warm up sets *Kilo plates, so the weights were somewhere around what is listed. 275x2 sets 305x2 sets 325x2 sets 345 x 2 sets

Accessory work: Chest supported dumbbell rows (heavy) 5x8 cable facepulls 3x20 cable upright rows 3x20 cable triceps pushdowns 5x20

Great first workout and great to be back around powerlifting!
