Still letting my back heal up from Mondays mishap, I am feeling great and will be ready to get back after it this coming week. training was modified by decreasing the weight on reverse hypers and just doing recovery swings for traction, bypassing my heavy set of four on squats, and being conservative with accessory movements like leg press to make sure I am not stupid and lengthen my recovery.
