With holidays, vacations, family obligations and such....the gym has been a skeleton crew with the boys but the girls have been 100 percent in attendance.....
I am very proud of our girls. Their dedication and hard-work continue to shine through.
Even though I am proud of them, I punished them tonight. More sumo pulls. Raw with 100 reps of a designed weight for each individual girl. Afterwards they were hating life but they will thank me later. Lol....
