Even I can't forget my raw roots in my training. As much of a gear whore that I am now and have been for many years, I'm still an OG when it comes to raw lifting. This is where I first cut my teeth, grew some chest hair, and and laid the foundation of my strength.

When this new training cycle starts I will do as I have always done, bench multiply one week and bench raw dog the next week throughout the 12 week training cycle. The only difference now due to my shoulder injuries which are direly needing surgery. I can't train raw like I used to. So everything will be some sort of assistance movement with boards, bands or even a sling shot. Oh well, I guess it's not really raw dog benching anymore. F@%k it here it is....
