Today went well for me. I wanted to handle 900 with mini bands before we took our deload week. I am slowly getting better at handling this weight at pick up with no issues.

My sights are set at taking a run for a grand later next year. Set by set, rep by rep I am making my way. At 45 years old and only four multiply full power meets under my belt this will not be an easy task but I am up for it.

Nothing in life is worth having that does not require hard-work, perseverance and dedication. I am ready for this journey....
