So this weekend for squats took a random turn that was unexpected yet fun. I hit my OHP workout and pushed my squat day back to Saturday to train with my buddy Bruce at TNT Strength in Kent, OH. Bruce and a few others guys of the crew are closing in on XPC Finals at the Arnold Classic. For old time's sake, I decided to throw all the gear on and see what I could do. Mind you, I'm about 15lbs lighter than the last time I even touched any of my gear (which was over 6 months ago).

OHP Day

A. OHP Bar weight x 20 95x10 135x5 165x5 185x3 205x1 235x1

B. Close Grip Bench w/ Shoulder Saver 225x10x4 Sets, 275x10x1 Set

C. DB Rows 120lb DB 40x2 Sets

D. Tricep Rope Pushdowns 3x20

E. Hanging Leg Raises 3x10

Squat Day

A. Squat Bar weight x 20 135x10 225x8 Add briefs 315x3 405x2 Add suit bottoms 495x1 585x1 Add knee wraps 675x1 Straps up 750x1 805x1

I'm not going to lie, I was pretty fucking happy hitting 805 when I haven't even touched my gear since August. Excited for when I can go back to multiply full time.

B. Barbell Good Mornings 3x10
