Since I've been using OHP as a main movement for a little while now, I wanted to push the limit today since they've been feeling great. I had 235 set in my head, which would be a 10lb PR. I told myself I wouldn't go heavier than that if it was easy, but instead, try and get more than one rep with it...which ended up happening so I was pretty pumped about it. Having my man Jake Schlern there to push me definitely helped.
