I run the Strength and Conditioning program for Riverside High School (Painesville, Oh) and we have an optional lift on gameday for our varsity football guys. A couple of the guys wanted me to lift with them, so I hopped in and got after it.
Bench Press with Bench Block: barx5 135x10 225x10 275x10 315x10 ** I would have normally hit 365 or even less here but I gave in to the peer pressure this next jump. 405x3 easy reps.
Drop set 315x15
It was a pretty good environment to train in. I try to always make sure they have that when they lift, so it was pretty fun to jump in and train with them.
