  • Laterals
  • Front raises
  • Rear delt raise
  • h-raise
  • Arnold press
  • Band pull aparts
Back:
  • Pulls UPS 4x5
  • Low row negatives 3x10
  • Cable pull aparts 3x20
  • Wide late pulls 3x20
