Competitively - My last competition was the UPA Summer Showdown August 6th - And my gameplan is compete in another raw meet this winter; and continue to build towards qualifying for a larger raw meet for next year. I've been competing for about 6 years and spent the last 3 competing in multi-ply gear.

I'm currently the Fitness Director at Ohio University as well as Event Coordinator for EliteFTS. I'm also involved in coaching and public speaking on topics relating to powerlifting, coaching, education, student development, and mental health.

This past week we've been preparing for the first week of the school year for students, so I'm just doing one recap log of my work sets to catch up from last week's training (this next week will be regular logs again). Over the weekend we had staff training and welcome events as well, so it's been a crazy few days..

Squat Work Sets: 305x3, 355x3, 400x8

OHP Work Sets: 150x3, 170x3, 190x6

Deadlift Work Sets: 365x5, 425x5, 495x10, 495 + 8 chains x 1
