Prior to this training day, my best rep PR on my raw bench was 365 for a double. Between hammering my weaknesses and working on my tricep strength, my raw bench has seen quite the improvements. I've seen lots of success with my floor press as well as using close grip as an accessory movement. Switching to close grip takes some stress off of my pecs and really nails my lockout. So my goal today was to hit 375 for a triple and I ended up getting four. I shut it down after that and finished the day with some upper body fluff n buff and heavy back.
