Lasts weeks raw training didn't really amount to much.

My hip was jacked up, so I skipped the squat day and spent the afternoon at the chiropractor instead. Since I only have an hour of childcare for the day at the gym, I figured this was a better use of my time. Since my Sunday session is the main day, it's more important that I be as healthy as possible for that.

Bench on Friday was also a bit of a down day. My shoulders and elbows were shot, so rather than work fives, I kept the weight light at 225 and did 4 sets of 10. Finished with 4 sets of 15 ring rows and 4 sets of 15 band triceps pushdowns.

So not much, but since I'm 3 months out, I can afford to back off a bit to stay healthier later.
