My last bench day I missed 405 and felt terrible in the process. My last workout was a prehab day and I still felt rough the couple days after. Sometimes you have to listen to your body. I took a full week off of any heavy training. I still did some light accessory work and lots of mobility work.

About 2 months ago I strained my forearm, and that has let to some wrist issues for me. The thing that has helped me the most in the recovery process is soft tissue work/ body tempering by rolling an empty bar on my forearm. It has seemed to help a lot the past week.

At this point in time I am hoping to get back to 100% and start training for the 21 deadlift salute at the Arnold Classic.
