I haven't done any lower lifting in about a week and I wanted to pre heat the body for the onslaught to come on Sunday. I am taking my opener straight weight which is 1000lbs and then I am taking my second and third attempts revband which are 1060 and 1130. I am swinging for the fences at Relentless Detroit. My goal is 2600, a total that has been evading me for about 4 years. I have some big plans in 2017 so I have to get these small personal goals out of the way between now and then.
