After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

I'm getting a little bit of shoulder pain in my right shoulder, which I think is stemming from my teres minor, because as I do work on it, things feel better. I know once the holidays come I'll have a bit more free time as I will likely have to miss some training sessions due to travel and such. Nonetheless, and pretty good Thursday evening of training.
