After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

Another week of 10x10 work done and in the books. Really looking forward to seeing how this pays off after I'm done. I'm getting a little bit of shoulder pain in my right shoulder, which I think is stemming from my teres minor, because as I do work on it, things feel better. I know once the holidays come I'll have a bit more free time as I will likely have to miss some training sessions due to travel and such. Nonetheless, and pretty good Thursday evening of training.
