Background: I work at OSU as a graduate teaching associate and lift at Ludus Magnus. I am a raw lifter who competes in the 105lb weight classes, and am currently prepping for my next meet (when grad school finally gives me a weekend off) . Warm up-general 1. Stepper

Warm up-specific 2a. Lat pulldown 3 x 20

2b. Jerk to strict press 3 x 2+1

Training 3. Max effort paused incline bench Up to 115 x 1 RPE 7

Circuit 4a. Single arm db row 3 x 5 x 80lbs each

4b. Incline paused bench 3 x 3 x 95

4c. Abs 3 sets

Short on words and training, Big on thoughts

So this week, I got back news I was waiting on for WEEKS, months, heck you might even say a year (that was how long I kicked around the question and then went after the answer). I'll try to talk about it in another post soon , but since my brain currently won't shut up. Shoot, I think it's become hard for me to get words (spoken and written) out (this week)... Oh and building and painting...I've been waking up at like 2am every morning with all these thoughts and painting a bunch of stuff in my house...Hmmm.Odd...
