After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now focused on training to improve my body and mind as I prepare for my wedding in June. I hope to be back on the platform towards the end of 2018.

This particular evening I knew I had a little bit of time to get something in, so I just knocked out some shoulder training. It was rather quick and simple, but I got an amazing pump and was satisfied with how things went and felt. Like I mentioned in my previous training log, I'm kind of filling space up until I try to start a bench training cycle on Saturday. I've really got no idea what to expect with things, but I figure that as long as I can use this week to get primed up and build some confidence, we should be good to go.
