I’m currently in meet prep for the 2015 IPA Grand Prix Nationals at the Greater Columbus Convention Center on October 24th, in Columbus, Ohio. I will be competing at 132 pounds, raw with knee wraps.

Tuesday I was able to get back to some speed work. This is vital for my lifting since I am a "speed" guy. I can't grind for shit, so I need to capitalize on my dynamic effort work. Plus, I get so many first reps that I get to iron out any issues I might be having under a light-moderate load. Accessory work is kind of becoming easier at this point in order for me to peak right. At this point, majority of the work has been done, and it's important that I continue to build upon that and maintain all the hard work from the off season and volume part of prep. Besides having camera issues (my memory card ran out of room), it was a great session. Really starting to close in on things much faster than it seems.
