This weekend we traveled to good ol' London, Ohio to train at the S5 for the first time and attend the Elitefts Sports Performance Summit. Taking advantage of all the equipment, I went for a bar a little more challenging than the SSB, and switched a few accessory movements (hack squats). Anyone whose experienced the environment in the compound knows it will be a good training day. This sounds weird to admit but it's almost as if you appreciate it a more, being able and having the support you have, because people from all over get together in one space. You share a space with people willing and excited. It's motivating and humbling.

Spider Bar bar x10, 95x8, 135x5, 185X5, 220X3X5SETS, Hack Squats 3x12, GHR 4X10. Pause bench wide grip 130x5x5, band pull aparts 3x25, rotator cuff cleans 3x15
