Followup to the great response to my last training log about grip and forearm strength. It appears to be a popular subject and I'm happy to announce that training log placed in the top 20 training logs for the month of July. 7th place to be exact, which tells me there are lots of different sports out there needing grip strength and grip work.

But first things first, the fun part of grip strength, splitting an apple with your bare hands. Is it a trick? not really, some think it is but I challenge you to try it. Not only can you split it to share with two people, but split it into quarters, share with 3 people! Sharing is Caring!

There really is no end to what you can do to improve your grip and forearm strength with kettlebells. I'm sure the strongmen and strongwomen out there have their own ways to improve grip strength and I would love to add some of their training to mine eventually !

Until then, still living, learning and passing on my kettlebell passion.
