John has been dying to try a squat and DL day done seperately. I gave in and we are going to do this for nationals prep. What's the wort that can happen?

135 for 3 sets of 5

235 for 2

325 for 2

415 for 1

505 for 1

595 for 4 singles. I went with a narrow stance on these and sank them low. These weren't easy with that stance.

it was weird not pulling tonight. Im anxious to pull on Saturday and see how we feel once we get into the workout. 7 weeks out from USAPL NATS.
