My last heavy squat before the XPC World meet at The Arnold. I've had a pretty good idea for awhile, with in a few lbs, of what my planned attempts are. So, I planned on working up to my opener and hopefully moving it like a warmup.
Squat: bar x 5 135x3 225x2 315x1 405x1 455x1 495x1 545x1 585x1 625x1
Exactly as planned! Everything felt great and moved well. I used my maverick wraps for 405, 455, and 495. I used my kraits, which I will use in the meet for 545, 585, and 625. In the meet I will use them for my 3 attempts only, I just wanted to get a few extra reps with them on in training.
All that is left is a few light workouts. Hit up the chiropractor and massage therapist! Cant wait to step back on that platform.
