Still back tracking on some logs a bit, but this was from a session at Laura Phelp's gym. I had to get my squat and deadlift training in on a Friday since I was coaching and handling all day on Saturday. I figured it would be much better to bump the day up, rather than try and squat and pull big after handling near a dozen lifters. I happy to report that Purdue Barbell KILLED it at their meet. It's been an awesome experience to watch them all improve so much.

I also got to thank Laura and all the lifters at her gym for taking time out of their sessions to run the mono and spot for me. Laura is an awesome person, I highly respect not only her lifting abilities, but coaching abilities as well.
