Slowly progressing back, closer and closer to where I want to be. I squatted 455 last week, this week my plan was to work up to 500 and hope it was easy and pain free.
I warmed up with a some stretching and 2x20 on the reverse hyper.
Squat: Bar x 5 135x5 225x3 315x2 365x1 405x1 455x1 495x 1
I used light wraps for the last 2 sets and the felt pretty good. I can tell it will take me a little while to get used to having heavier weights on my back in the upcoming weeks.

I felt really good on these. I can definitely tell I need to build my back up again though.
