At least I can hit depth.

I started having knee problems again last week. Not much help it and that's ok. I just have to cut down on my lower body training. I need to focus more on my bench anyway lol

Squat (I'm going to put the plates because I didn't know the weight at the time. I could figure it out now but this is more fun)

I had my knees wrapped for every set. I did a light wrap myself and got Wade to wrap my last couple.

Bar x 5 25 x 3 2 plates x 3 4 plates x 2. Added Ace briefs 6 plates x 2. Added Ace suit 8 plates x 1. I was going to do 2, but I couldn't get the bar out of the racks lol. I guess I shrunk between sets. 9 plates x 1.

 

After it was done I did the math and found it was 865 lbs. I was kind of bummed because this felt pretty hard. You can see in the video I was running away from my left side. A few weeks of rehab should fix everything right up....... I hope ;) My mini me had a great day too!! Brett, who many people ask if we are brothers, hit 465. Which is about 60 pounds more than he has ever squatted before!!
