I'm currently in a off season style of training, trying to bring up weak points and improve body composition for the duration of the summer. At the end of summer I will reevaluate where I stand, and decide whether I would like to compete in the late fall, or wait until the XPC Finals in March of 2016.

Saturday I was back to getting killed with the Yoke Bar. Some of the Purdue Barbell lifters came to train and lend a hand since my crew was a few people down. I really appreciate them coming and helping, it was a good day of training. I hit a nice PR on the Yoke Bar, but then after some really hard work, I just slowed down as my low back started to really tighten up. I hit the reverse hyper and some ab work and just wrapped up the day. It was still a big successful day squat wise, so that's what I like to see. I still have a love/hate relationship with this bar.
