I have been feeling great benching the past couple months, this workout I had some shoulder pain and had to cut it short. I was planning on working up to a heavy single. On my 405 attempt I had my spotter take it because my shoulder wasn't feeling good. I was planning on taking 415 and 425 after that.
Bench Press

I was obviously not happy with this, but I don't think it's too bad. I plan to rest it an see how I feel next week.
Accessory work: 5 rounds of: Kettle bell triceps rollbacks x10 facepull x 20 straight arm lat pull down x 20 tricep pushdown x 20
Not a good day, but I've been doing some mobility work and corrective exercises and see how I feel in a week or so.
