Sunday was a suit squat day in preparation for the XPC Semis.

I wasn't going to push it too hard, I just wanted to take something in the opener range to make sure my gear was dialed in.

Warmed up with the bar, and went:

150 x 5

240 x 5

330 x 1

Put my Ace briefs on

420 x 1

510 x 1

Added suit, straps down

600 x 1

Straps up, wraps on

690 x 1

750 x 1

The 750 was a little high, because my straps were too tight. I loosened my straps and took my belt out a notch and tried it again.

750 x 1

This one broke parallel, but was quite a bit slower on the way up. Losing my straps was a good move, but I should have kept my belt tight.

After the suit work, I did 4 sets of reverse hypers, and 4 sets of pulldown abs. followed by 4 sets of dumbbell side bends and 4 planks at a minute each.

Feeling pretty string, but getting ready for a deload!
