After this 4 week block of training, I will be alternating sumo deads with either speed deficits or heavy-ish conventional block pulls. My hips are not doing so well deadlifting sumo every week, and it could be technique issues or just to much wear and tear on my body. This is coming from a injury free lifter. As soon as something does not feel right, I either stop or need to make the changes I need to prevent anything from happening.

Sumo deads 275lbs for 3 x 5

Conventional block pulls 135lbs 3 x 10

Light box squats 3 x 20

Lunges 3 x 10

KB RDL's 3 x 10

GHRs 3 x 10
