Today I was working on my weaknesses which one is definitely trying to stay tight under the bar. I did a lot of lat pulldowns and lat holds. I also tested out our new Mastodon Bar from Elitefts.

Today was nothing too crazy, a good body pump, trying to feel the tightness I need to get my bench press up. Working on my technique on my squats, I am feeling ready for my next competiiton 2 weeks out.
