Sled pulls 2 plates x 50yds x 16 trips = 800yds -20 minutes
This was the easiest the sled has ever been. The field was a little wet so that probably had everything to do with it. But it made me feel good for the day.
Pull ups BW x 5 x 2 sets 75# x 5 x 3 sets 75# x 3 x 2 sets
Ed BB grip work 135 x 10 sec 185 x 10 sec x 5 times each side
These were worse/inconsistent today than last week. Just need to suck it up and work harder at them. Mentally I wasn't in it at this point in training because I was helping everyone else and BS'ing too much.
