Been taking infrequent rest days and just doing what I am recovered for once I head into the gym. Most likely not the most optimal of things but it is what we have currently and I am doing my best to make it happen,

I hit these with JP then did a large amount of back isolation exercises such as pulling and bracing moivements because I can only handle so much spinal loading in one session. These were very fun to do though.
