Team Nebobarbell Athlete Dillon Ledford competed in his first powerlifitng meet last weekend. The powerlifitng meet being held was The IPA Press Fitness Tennessee State Championships held in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Dillon had a great first meet. He and his wonderful wife travel a county away to train with us and become a better lifter each week. He is on his way. Here is what he did:
- 9 for 9 on attempts - PR - 475 pound squat - PR - 250 pound bench-press - PR - 500 pound deadlift - PR - 1225 pound total - 2nd Place Finish - Junior/Raw Full Power/220 weight class
