as a result of the perpetual on going challenges Lacy and I do from time to time. She is always so nice that she doesn't choose challenges that are a weakness of mine.

In the comments you might notice she threw out a new challenge, 435x5 18" DL. She did it at 16" inches, but apparently I am "Godzilla" so she offset some of the height difference between us.

I snapped right to this one. 18" DL is a super strength of mine, this was going to be a no brainer and easy. Quickly I realized that I should probably integrate more rack pulls, my strength is becoming blech. Once upon a time 500 for reps was no big deal.

18" Rack Pulls - She did hers off blocks, this was the best I had access to.

bar - 1x5 135 - 2x5 225 - 1x5 315, 1x5 405, 1x5 435 - 1x6

The challenge was five. The extra rep was to secure the victory. Cuz you know, everything is about winning.
